It is also good to decide fast – March is the peak season in Vietnam, with tourists flowing in. But first things first: here is some basic info about North, Centre, and South in March.
NORTH OF VIETNAM IN MARCH
North experiences Spring. March is usually the coldest and might get humid (especially in Hanoi.) There also might be a bit of rain or drizzle and expect temperatures of 17°C-25°C (63°-77°F)
CENTRAL OF VIETNAM IN MARCH
The central part is perfect to visit! The dry (and warm) season lasts from January to May here. Monsoon season starts in late July or August. Do not like to sweat? No worries, biggest heat starts in June. Generally, December to March is said to be the best time to visit the central part and we could not agree more. And what about the 3rd month of the year? You can expect occasional rain in March and temperatures of 20°C-35°C (68°F-95°F)
SOUTH OF VIETNAM IN MARCH
The South is dry and warm from October to April. 30°C-35°C (86°F-95°F) calls for a beach holiday in March!
